I have bought some Vetifer essential oil for my Son who has ADD. Does anyone know if is suitable for under active Thyroid patients who have anxiety. You either use as massage oil or in an oil burner or simply smell it from the bottle.

According to web md it has no contraindications. If you put it on skin, or in the bath, first dilute it in a little carrier oil e.g. Olive oil or grape seed oil.

This kind of diffuser is very good for filling a room with the scent:

Lavender is also very good for anxiety and blends well with vetiver.

As well as essential oils do take a look/Google at B3 Niacin (flushing version) it is not only good for lowering anxiety, it helps depression, arthritis, cholesterol, even bi polar, schizophrenia, helps some alchoholics recover and lowers blood pressure, plus more.

Niacinamide (non Flushing version) helps calm children with ADHD/ADD.

*Take a Google at 'Doctor Hoffer and Niacin.' amazing stuff he has done with niacin.

Often it is just being low or deficient in vitamins, minerals and nutrition that can be the cause of many of our illnesses. I take niacin, I find it lifts my mood and I feel far happier.
