See how you feel when the extra T4 kicks in in about a month's time. Also get B12, folate, ferritin and D3 tested if you haven't already and make sure that they are optimum, not just in range. If you have hashis, selenium might help.
If you have Hashimoto's, (high thyroid antibodies) then if you have not tried gluten free diet, it's worth giving it a go. Many of us find it really helps
