T4 in pregnancy - can pregnancy be maintained if t4 is in lower end of range and t3 upper or must ndt be increased to put t4 to midrange ?

I'm seeking experiences of pregnancy on ndt . My ft4 is at the lower end of the range, t3 upper end.

On Levo the ideal is for ft4 to be at least mid range .

My question is : if well and pregnant with lower end t4 and upper end t3 figures ( dismissing suppressed TSH) is that a safe level to sustain pregnancy or would I need to increase the ndt dose to fall in line with the requirement for t4 to be at least mid range as with Levo

Thanks .
