Agnes79,

FT4 is mildly over range and FT3 is within range so there's no need to reduce dose if you aren't feeling over medicated.

Vitamin D is deficient. I would supplement 5,000iu D3 daily for 6-8 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in May. Take vitD 4 hours away from thyroid meds.

If your vitamin D3 that was measured then you are vitamin D insufficient.

You need to take 5,000IU of vitamin D3 for 6 weeks then swap to taking it every other day. You want a vitamin D3 level of at least 40.

As well as low vitamin D. How are your levels of b12, folate and ferratin. These, as well as Vitamin D all need to at good (not just average) levels for thyroid hormones (our own or replacement ones) to work in our cells

Have you had antibodies rechecked recently? Are they still high?

If you have Hashimoto's then you may find (like many ) adopting 100% gluten free diet can really help reduce symptoms, and lower antibodies slowly over time too.

So are you supplementing B12 for it to be high?

Do you also have a Folate result - tested at same time as the B12

Low vitamin D can make everything ache, plus it stops you using your thyroid hormones properly. Once you get vitamin D higher the aches should slowly disappear

Usually on here Ferritin level recommended to be around 70. Search lots of posts on how to increase ferritin

How long have you been taking the T3? Bit surprised your FT4 is so high. I take NDT but I'm not familiar with adding T3 to T4
