I follow Gwyneth Paltrow's site Goop mainly because there are often some interesting posts about autoimmunity. She encourages cutting edge stuff ( ptob has autoimmune issues herself - who doesn't) and i thought this doc worth a mention. I haven't heard of him before. Will be upping my D3 dose.
