It's going in the right direction, that's what matters, just keep plodding on and you'll get there.
Yes I was surprised (in a good way) by my weight loss I had got up to over 15st before I first went to the doctor and after blood test my thyroid was underactive so put me on 100mg levo (now on 125mg). Also just started a course of vit D supplements as that was low at the last blood test.
I tend to have a health check on a machine at work (also does BP) every three weeks and I'm now 13st 9lb and it has gone down every time. Still a way for me to get my BMI and BFC down from being overweight but at least it's not telling me I'm obese any more
that's excellent loss. Lets hope we both get to healthy BMI x
