Hi all
I've sent away for a fingerprick Thyroid 11 blood test package. I'm down with an URTI at present. Do I need to wait till I'm well over this cough/cold before doing the test?

tracyd59 Personally I would. Ferritin and CRP can be elevated when there is an infection, not sure about anything else, but I wouldn't risk it.
