kingyl This is a very good one cytoplan.co.uk/selenium

Have a read of the description. It doesn't state L-selenomethionine but it is the one recommended by my practioner, is a nice small tablet and doesn't have the unpleasant smell a lot of selenium supplements have and not a problem for people with Candida or yeast sensitivity.

Does that one have an unpleasant odour Josiesmum ? Looks a good one, doesn't have loads of unwanted ingredients.
