Hyper and temperature

Is there a way to tell whether you are going Hyper through taking a temperature?

My temperature seems to be too high at the moment, but I have no other hyper symptoms (resting rate 78, no tremor, feel ok)... I am on 5mgCarbi, diagnosed 6 months ago, T4 came down quite quickly...

I cannot answer your question and hopefully someone with hyper will advise.

I do know if hypothyroid to keep an eye on temp/pulse and if either go too high to reduce dose to the previous dose.
