Always at the same time?

Hello everyone. Hope you are well. I have a question regarding T3 tablets. I have found the right dosage and am taking it 3 times per day, but due to the changes at work ( different shifts) I take them at different times. Setting alarms did not work. I slept through them when I had to sleep during the day for a night shift. Is it very bad that I am taking them not at the exact time? Does it mean i am not getting good enough treatment? I still take the same amount each day overall ( but time varies) . Thank you xxx

I take my dose of T3 when I get up every day. It suits me. I shall give you a link which may be helpful. Go to the date January 30, 2002
