But just wanted to ask a simple question. These are my antibody results today, for first time I did TGab which cost me a pretty $50 out of pocket. I'll post my recent thyroid tests as well. B12 and Vitamin D is in good range ever since I supplemented btw (previously were low and deficient).
TSH 2.57 (0.32-5.04)
T4 11.7 (10.6-19.7)
T3 4.07 (3.00-5.90)
Thyroperoxidase Ab 12 (< 35)
Thyroglobulin Ab 14 (< 40)
Thyroglobulin 23.8 (< 60.0)
Makes me even more puzzled as to what is responsible for my low T3 and T4 numbers that clearly are behind my host of health problems both mental and physical. Is this common?

There are lots of theories, many with good science behind them, such as supplements, medicines, foods, bisphenyl, bromine-containing fireproofing, infections, etc. It gets difficult and expensive to track through all the possibilities so few get to know.
It looks like you need more thyroid meds, though, your Free T4 and Free T3 are both very low in range, and your TSH is too high, we aim for below one. How are you feeling?
The effects caused by your low D earlier may take some time to clear and reestablish your system. See drgominak who regards D level 60 to 80 ng/L as essential. See her site for a full explanation.
I am not feeling well, I know I have hypothyroidism. Lethargic, cold, muscle weakness, carpal tunnel syndrome, digestive problems, recurring tonsillitis, and declining memory and concentration that is very noticeable since I went back to school. Depression, anxiety and some psychosis as well. The doctor recently put me on Synthroid 25mg and I will retest in 6 weeks to adjust dose. I'll be patient with this trial before deciding to add T3 or go back to NDT.
Also I just read this here, may explain my problem as I have low antibodies.
"A low free T4 level in the setting of a serum TSH level that is low, normal, or only mildly elevated is indicative of central hypothyroidism."
