Picking up T3 prescription in the morning

Advice please, will take Levo when I get up as usual, will pick up prescription around 9am, as I am keen to start medicating when should I take the 1st dose, I have to take it twice a day. Can I eat breakfast before (tomorrow) & do I need to take it same times every day. Thanks in anticipation

You can take your 1st dose as soon as you like as long as it is 1 hour before eating or drinking or 2 hours after. Take the 2nd dose at bedtime. In future the 1st dose can be taken with Levothyroxine.
