Your thyroid levels are euthyroid (normal). 'Bilateral thyroid parenchymal disease' means your thyroid gland is diseased. You need thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin antibody tests to determine whether the disease is autoimmune (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of thyroid disease.
I am so sorry you are having such a tough time! I am not a medical person, but your thyroid tests look pretty good to me just based on what I have read and experienced myself. I would suspect that you have some severe nutritional deficiencies and would benefit from a comprehensive nutrient and amino acid analysis, but these are expensive and not likely available to you. There is a metabolic function analysis questionnaire that you can take that might give you some clarity about where you are in terms of how your system processes foods and what you should be eating and supplementing. Metabolic typing does not attempt to treat , mitigate, diagnose, or cure any type of disease. Rather its main objective is to balance your body's chemistry. The workbook which includes the questionnaire is available at drkelley dot info/dr-kelleys-metabolic-typing/ for a description the book - it does cost about $45 but there is a lot of info right there on the site as well as recommendations for diet changes.
Your free T3 could be a little higher. Have thyroid antibodies checked.
Are you on a gluten free diet? Or better yet, a low carb diet, with the PCOS?
Two tests that might be extremely helpful are a DUTCH test, dried test of comprehensive hormones. It's very detailed and shows all the hormone metabolites. I had surgical menopause (hysterectomy) and it's been valuable in getting my hormones adjusted.
The second is a Genova Diagnostics NutrEval, which would identify nutrient deficiencies. Both have sample tests on their websites do you can see what they do.
Sounds like you need good data to make good decisions. Andcmybe a different doctor?
