Bad taste in my mouth

I have a bad taste in my mouth and when I blow my nose, there sometimes is a bit of blood. This all started a couple of weeks ago after a head cold. Could thus be related to acid reflux that I have off and on or could it be from the cold?

Sounds like you have Rhinitis, do you swim. I do and I had similar. Get yourself a Nose Buddy, it flushes your sinuses out with salt water, sound disgusting but it really works.

Bad taste in your mouth and blood when you blow your nose are almost certainly the after effects of your cold and should resolve in 2-3 weeks.
