Sorry if repeating image but just in case here's what I think is another of my december 2016 blood test results. It says fasting sample... No. But it actually was a fasting sample I knew to fast before the test because I read how to prepare on line.

If yours was mainly to check your thyroid results the lab wouldn't expect you to fast (I think only we know on the forum to fast to get the best results) and that will be it's normal print-out. You don't need to fast for cholesterol check.

It was mainly to check why I had bruises on my leg vitamin levels and clotting test, but they said was tone to check thyroid and liver function too.

If we are hypothyroid the chances are that our cholesterol will also be higher. It will reduce as our thyroid hormones are increased. Statins aren't advised if hypothyroid (or at all if I read some reports).

I cannot see your Thyroid results anywhere. If it is possible to include them please.

Thank you yes my cholesterol is slightly high 6.5 triglycerides are OK at mo. Tsh 4.73

Your TSH is high - have you been diagnosed as hypothyroid? Are you taking hormone replacement?

Ah right I was diagnosed as hypothyroid and have been taking levothyrixinefor about two years now. I thought I misheard go when he said it's a bit high. He said keep taking it??? Bit confused.

Creative has gone up but go said not to worry but of course I do because in still getting physical symptoms... Even painful to stand at the sink to wash up. Hop pain mostly. I have read it can take the months before the vitamin d helps. I'm assuming I don't need calcium supplements too as my calcium levels in range. I appreciate what drs do but I wish they had more time to explain our blood test results.

*creatine. (To do with kidney function) I have until recently been sweating a lot more and become dehydrated.
