Vitamin D is also deficient. I would supplement 10,000iu daily for 6 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu daily x 8 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days until end of April and retest. Take vitamin D 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
Ferritin 62 is sub optimal. 75-100 is optimal. You could supplement iron with 1,000mcg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Take iron 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and retest in 4 months.
Olivia86 Just to add to Clutter's reply. When taking D3 we also need it's important co-factors K2-MK7 and magnesium. Vit D aids absorption of calcium from food and K2 directs the calcium to bones and teeth rather than arteries and soft tissues. D3 and K2 are both fat soluble so should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day.

If you don't want the faff of taking an iron supplement then eating liver once a week will raise your ferritin very nicely.
