Best Zinc supplement brand please..

Hi all

Could someone kindly tell me some good brand of Zinc Supplement please?

I've been reading I should take no more then 30mg per day but I don't know if there some brands are better then others.

I can't tell you if it is the best or not, but I take Solgar chelated zinc 1 a day, I think it's 22mcg. Solgar are usually very good and this is a good compound. It has really changed may hair thickness & texture for the better. I buy from Amazon.

Thanks Gillian.. I've use Solgar for other vitamins so I'll have a little look on Amazon. It's always nice to hear people's experiences I'd love thicker hair... I feel like mines always failing out!
