Hi Naomi8,

I hope things are improving for you.

I've come to realise that I wasn't able to remove the rubbish (toxins) from inside each cell and their surroundings.

28 years plus on T4 alone compounded the problem and left me with a compromised immune system leaving me vulnerable to opportunistic nasties.

Alongside the additional T3 I've been

- boosting my immune system to bring it back up to par,

- eradicating the nasties starting with the biggest ones first,

- Gluten and diary free Paleo diet.

- Eliminating the accumulated herbicides and pesticides will take time.

A work in progress.

I'm on the right track as I'm beginning to feel more like me!
