I have a problem with sudden crippling pain in my ankle and hip making it difficult to walk. I have a sharp tearing pain in my shoulders and weak very painful wrists with no swelling at all.
I have had all the blood test there are so everything as been checked, I have now got an appointment with the city hospital at the MS and extreme fatigue clinic. Not sure I have much faith in this move.
I have tried to convince my doctor that possible a small amount of T3 might help, with no luck. I am a barber by trade and really concerned that my days doing the job are numbered, as the pain is getting steadily more crippling. As any one out there come across this, and able to offer any guidance.
Thanks. Sean

Most people on levo need low TSH around (or even slightly below) 1 to be adequately treated. Do you have your latest TSH blood test results.
If they have not been done ......Suggest you ask GP to check levels of vitamin d, b12, folate and ferratin. These all need to at good (not just average) levels for thyroid hormones (our own or replacement ones) to work in our cells - bone pain can be low vitamin D - common issue with autoimmune conditions
