Hi, I posted my results from Medichecks earlier, unfortunately, they were so feint that they were difficult to read and I had a request for a more legible version. Luckily, I was able to work out how to do it and now attach a better copy.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I know now that it shows I have Hashimoto's, someone suggested I should probably be taking T3 - either alongside my levo, or perhaps trying NDT. I know now that I also need to take supplements of Vitamins, D, K, B12 and iron. Anyone have recommendations for what they take and what they find best? I'm in the UK.

I know that going Gluten free can help, but I'd like to explore the supplements and T3 option first.

Thanks.

Ademanda,

Supplements will improve low B12, folate and vitD. T3 will improve low FT3 but 4.8 isn't low and a small increase in Levothyroxine will also raise FT3 even though your FT4 is likely to go over range. Neither supplements not T3 will reduce antibodies. Many patients find gluten-free diet helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and antibodies.
