Neuro therapy

Hi my sister in law went to Germany to a Dr who uses neuro therapy. Back a long she had a brain hemorrhage and as a result her thyroid stopped working to she went and tried it.

Now she is claiming only a few week later her thyroid is working and they sorted her other problem out now she has no more need for tablets etc.

She believes her hair is looking better er skin and everything.

Can anyone please tell me if they know anymore about neuro therapy has anyone else had this done.

It seems to good to be true to have a small needle in neck with anaesthetic in and our thyroid work again.
