Channel 4 Best of Both Worlds is a new property series presented by Lucy Alexander. Lucy and the team want to help House Hunters across the UK find a home that offers them the perfect mix of the buzz of the city and bliss of the countryside.

I am reaching out to you all as we would like to feature people with Long Term Health conditions. I myself have a long term health condition and feel people like us should be shown on screen more often!

Raise The Roof Productions want to make sure the people we cast are diverse and reflect our society.

If you're interested in taking part you can contact the Best of Both Worlds team at: bobw@raisetheroofproductions.com'
