What type of blood test should I have?

Hi I want to have a private blood test done with Blue Horizon. I feel as though I have tolerated being unwell for years now and need to summon the energy to get to the bottom of it. Could you please advice which blood test to go for?

Did you not get this test done when it was recommended, as you asked about this a couple of months ago.

Thanks so much for your reply. No I didn't get it done before as I was both unsure of which actual test and have been so down I haven't done much at all. I have decided that I must do something now. Thanks again
