Tsh 0.84
T3 2.6
T4 2.5
So these readings are slightly lower from 75 mg

Asked if them if they can prescribed me NDT they never heard of it
Theresa72,
Members can interpret FT4 and FT3 without the ref ranges (figures in brackets after results).
NDT isn't licensed for UK use so most UK doctors will not have heard of it or may not be familiar with the acronym NDT. Most will have heard of Armour though they are unlikely to prescribe it.
Theresa72 Can you please give the reference ranges.
You need the ranges on these tests (the figures in brackets after each result)
ask GP to check levels of vitamin d, b12, folate and ferratin. These all need to at VERY GOOD (not just average) levels for thyroid hormones (our own or replacement ones) to work in our cells
Also have you had thyroid antibodies checked? There are two sorts TPO Ab and TG Ab. (Thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin) Both need checking, if either, or both are high this means autoimmune thyroid - called Hashimoto's the most common cause in UK of being hypo.
I asked them today if I had Hashitomoto she told me i did not have it I'm supposed to get my thyroid reading November 11th on 75 I already know that it's only going to be slightly higher than 88 mg that I was on so I guess I have to choose which one I wanted because she's not going to say which ones better
I would want proof with printed copy of both thyroid antibodies being tested.....not just being told you don't have it.
Some on here told "you don't have Hashimoto's " or more commonly never told they do have it, when actually they do. This either because never tested.....or GP considers it irrelevant....it isn't
very important to get your vitamins tested
Reference range?
When I was on 75mg my tsh was
Tsh 0.971
2015 ft3 2.7
2014 total 83
Ferritin 32.5 2014
On 88mg
Tsh 0.84
T3 2.6
Ft3 2.5 but she just said 25
Thats all i have at the moment on readings I'm wondering if I should stick with 88 or 75 my hair seems to be falling out more on 75
Theresa72 Numerous replies to your posts have asked you for the reference ranges. It's not possible to comment on test results without knowing the ranges your lab uses. These results are meaningless as they are.
It's also been suggested quite a few times that you need Vit D, B12, ferritin and folate tested and thyroid antibodies and that you can get these done with Blue Horizon. Also the ideal time for blood draw is early morning when you said you'd only ever had yours done in the afternoon.
A ferritin level from 2014 isn't any good. You were advised that low ferritin can cause hair loss and that a current level is needed to know if that's contributing to it.
I don't think anyone can really help unless you get up to date tests done and come back with those results with their reference ranges. Once you've got those, any vitamin and mineral deficiencies can be identified and suggestions made to help get them to optimal levels, and thyroid test results will identify if you have autoimmune thyroid disease and whether your FT4 and FT3 are in a good place.
Theresa, lab results usually come back within a range, so, for example, the range for TSH is often 0.5 - 4.5 and the range for FT4 is often 12-20. But ranges change from lab to lab, so for example, FT4 can be within a range of 8-24. It helps us to gauge how far up the range your results are and whether there's room for improvement or not.
