Can you help with my results

Last blood test

Ft3 4.45. Range 3.10-6.80

Ft4 21.67. Range 12.0-22.0

TSH 0.539 Range 0.270-4.20

A-TG 354.8 Range 0.000-115.0

A-TPO >600.0 Range 0.000-34.00

My feet swell a lot and sore soles feel puffy and no energy am I paranoid looking at those above I should feel better , currently on 100 mic of levothyroxine

TSH is low and FT4 top of range but FT3 could be higher in range. Energy might improve if FT3 was higher but I doubt it is why your feet swell and are puffy. Increasing Levothyroxine dose would increase FT3 but your GP may baulk at this as it would suppress your TSH. Alternatively, adding Liothyronine (T3) would raise FT3 but you might need a NHS endo recommendation before your GP can prescribe it.

Thyroid antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. 100% gluten-free diet may improve symptoms and reduce antibodies.

Hypothyroid patients are often low or deficient in ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate which can cause musculoskeletal pain, fatigue and low mood similar to hypothyroid symptoms so it is worth asking your GP to test.

I have hashimoto since August , my TPO not change remains above the range , my B12 in range so is but D , gluten free diet for a long time , gaining weight and retaining fluid , no another health issue as so far , unless my adrenal glands playing up
