Blood Test Transferrin Sat. Index

Does this make sense to anyone?

I had a load of tests done recently and this one is a tad concerning and I am wondering if this is the Ferritin Test?

It reads:

Transferrin Sat. Index 13%

(Transferrin saturation <20% may suggest oron deficiency whilst saturation >60% suggest iron overload)

It then states that I am normal?!

Can anyone desipher this? Many thanks in advance! ;)

Bird-Girl The Ferritin test is called Ferritin or Serum Ferritin. What you have had done is Transferritin Saturation Percentage. It should be part of an iron panel.
