Hi all .i posted these yesterday but only one helpful reply so am reposting .I had blood tests done 6 months ago and as advised by blue horizon I am repeating 6 months later.I supplement b12 and vitamin D but i do not take any thyroid medication. I need advice as to wether there is any improvment in my results
