Hi.

I already taken 125mg levothyroxyn.

Today my doctor change it and I be take

Liothyronine 20mg

And

Levothyroxyn 75mg

My question is that it's right doses to take first time? Or I should increase t3 slowly??

It might be sensible to start with 10mcg T3 taken with 75mcg Levothyroxine while the 125mcg washes out or you may feel a little over medicated. It will also enable you to see whether you feel okay on T3. If you feel okay after a week you can take the 2nd 10mcg dose at bedtime or in the evening.

I second what Clutter says, start low, give it a week or two before adding the other 10mcg. I take my first dose of T3 in the early hours of the morning with my Levo (when I get up for the loo, then go back to bed) and my second dose late afternoon. See how you go and see what suits you best regarding timing.
