If ive been very poorly and under a huge amount of stress for years ... And under active tdo you think it would be a helpfull support for the adrenals to take the adrenal cocktail? What is the recipe and how often aday is reccomended? X

I think guessing is a very bad idea. Why dont you eitherpay for a saliva adrenal test ar about £70 or take your temperatures three or four times a day and plot the days average on a chart? Then you will know for sure where you stand. Have a look at Dr Rinds metabolic temperature chart.

Cortisol is huge in regulating our blood sugars and when elevated can encourage blood glucose issues (weight gain, insulin resistance, etc).

The Adrenal Cocktail is made of OJ, cream of tartar and salt. It is thought the OJ provides Vit C and glucose, cream of tartar provides potassium and salt replaces sodium and minerals, etc .

I have never used it but read some take it several times a day and others use it for those 3-4am wake ups.
