Here are some blood results since I have changed back to Levothroxine , after being on Armour for 16 days:

Ferritin 31.4 ug/l (13 - 150)

thyroid stimulating hormone 1.250 uIU/ml (0.270 - 4.200)

Free T4 14.35 pmol/L (12 - 22)

free T3 4.1 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8)

There is scope to increase dose to lower TSH and raise FT4 and FT3 if you are symptomatic.

Ferritin is optimal half way through range. You could supplement iron taken with 500-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
