Swollen fingers in the morning

Hello,

I have been on NDT for about 3 weeks now and have noticed that my fingers are really swollen in the morning when I wake up. I can tell because my rings are so tight I can barely take them off. Then by the afternoon the swelling totally goes away and my rings are practically falling off. Is water retention a normal side effect of NDT?

I am also on progesterone and DHEA.

Thanks for your input.
