Sandy12, it is thought by many in the non allopathic health arena that lack of sleep is a major contributing factor to many of our health problems. One study I read estimated that people are sleeping about two hours less per night than they did 50 years ago because of our always on society. Dr. Sarah Ballantyne PhD aka The Paleo Mom talks about changing your sleep habits quite consistently, and almost all suggest getting more sleep. Dr. Myers is a very creditable individual who went through Graves Disease. I would not take the title quite so literally and suggest that maybe you should read a few of her blogs to get a more in depth look before reaching an opinion. PR
