Tarajp123 Vit D needs to be 100-150. Supplement with D3 5000iu daily and retest in 3-4 months. When you've reached that figure reduce to 5000iu alternative days.

When taking Vit D we need K2-MK7. Vit D aids absorption of calcium from food and K2 directs the calcium to bones and teeth rather than arteries and soft tissues. Magnesium is another cofactor with Vit D and we all need it. See here for types of magnesium naturalnews.com/046401_magn... and about Vit D and it's cofactors here vitamindprotocol.com

B12 is far too low. Anything under 500 may cause neurological damage so supplement with Jarrows or Solgar sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges 5000mcg daily for about 3-4 months then reduce to a maintenance dose of 1000mcg.

When taking B12 we need a B Complex to balance the B vits. Thorne Basic B or Jarrows B Right both contain 400mcg methylfolate which will help increase your low folate level which needs to be at least half way through it's range which is 10+.

Some brands I like I mentioned in this post I made earlier today.

Just be very sure NOT to include any B complex that uses the cheap and actually harmful folic acid instead of Folate and Folinic acid. Folic acid (which is a synthetic) actually interferes with your body's ability to process the real Folates.

The best brands I have found are Solgar and Troo (I get them from Amazon), they are good quality and safe for allergies (gluten free etc..) x
