I'm now taking the following Vitamins & minerals. Not sure which can be taken together. I know it's best to leave one hour minimum between, but can't fit them all into a day. Are there any I can take together please? I know iron needs around 4 hours from others. I take 40mcg T3 at night. Thanks

Lots of Vits & minerals - when to take
Sorry - forgot the list!
B12, multi B, Selenium, Zinc, K2, D3, vit C, magnesium, liquid iron
The main issue is minerals interact with one another and calcium in milk etc.
You want to take iron 4 hours away from thyroid hormones and 2 hours away from other food, drink and supplements apart from the vitamin C. Iron interacts with lots of foods and drinks and it's absorption is then limited so this is why. Vitamin C aids the absorption of iron which is why you want to take it together. Iron is best taken on an empty stomach to aid absorption.
You can take zinc with lunch and magnesium, which helps promote sleep, at dinner.
The vitamins don't interact but should be taken when you are eating a meal to increase their absorption rate. So just take all the vitamins at lunch time as fat soluble ones like vitamin D are absorbed better by having additional fat in the meal.
As a rule of thumb I would take the vitamins in the morning and the minerals in the evening, perhaps 2 - 3 hours before your T3. An exception is iron. I would take that early afternoon with vitamin C.
If you start with that as the basic recipe then move things around which you think might interact with each other it might make things easier for you to get a working plan.
