In your opinion are these three related? I have been hypo for 9 years (where does the time go?) and just bee told I have a fatly liver and possibly a gallstone. Just wondered what you thoughts were. My doctor says they are not connected.

Respectfully, I disagree with your doctor.
Here's an article that he might find interesting (he'll probably be able to access the full article). bmj.com/content/342/bmj.c7199
And one for gallstones: hindawi.com/journals/hpb/20...

Long term low vitamin D, due to undiagnosed coeliacs, or gluten intolerance can cause secondary Hyperparathyroidism. (Often referred to as "stones, groans & bones" - gallstones, grumpy and bones hurt)
Would need blood test to see if have low or normal calcium, low Vit D and raised parathyroid hormone - but is expensive test...so GP won't leap at it 😟
