prisma1980 Do you have ranges for those tests? It would help to see where your FT4 is within the range.
As you are still experiencing symptoms it would be helpful to know your FT3 level. I don't suppose this was done?? If FT4 and FT3 are done at the same time it tells is how well we are converting T4 to T3.
How are your vitamins and minerals? Are they all at optimal levels? They need to be for thyroid hormone to work properly. Can you ask your GP to do Vit D, B12, ferritin and folate. If he won't they can be done with an at home fingerprick test through Blue Horizon. That will show any deficiencies and supplements can be suggested to get them up to optimal levels.
As SeasideSusie says, in addition to your t4 range it would be good to see your t3 results (w ranges) if they've been done. At a glance, your tsh looks like more levo may not be helpful (and without wishing to seem negative you're not likely to get an increase w your tsh being so low).
