T3 and t4 meds I been told can be taken at the same time?

I never new this I wished I known this back in january as been taking my t3 at 5am and 2.30pm. My thyroxine at 9am

Mg sleep pattern been horrible only sleeping 3 out of 7 nights.

I hope this is correct as mention on a post in another forum

Yes, you can take your T4 & T3 together. Just keep apart from foods & other meds, sups.
