200mcg Levothyroxine is roughly equivalent to 3 grains NDT. It's advisable to titrate NDT gradually to see how you tolerate the T3 in it so you might want to reduce Levothyroxine by 75mcg and introduce 1 grain NDT. You can continue reducing 75mcg and increasing 1 grain at 4 week intervals until you are off Levothyroxine and on NDT.
