My most recent test from BH showed up >4000 for above plus >153 ATP, so really high. So have Hashis, Crohn's, and intersistial cystitis in the mix. I have just started a gluten free diet, and have read selenium may help. Anyone got any other helpful tips on how to get these readings down? Thanking you in advance.

Dollyduck,

100% gluten-free diet may improve symptoms and reduce antibodies and 200mcg selenium is good thyroid support.

Thank you Clutter - helpful info. I am printing these articles to show my GP next week I think she needs educating! I am GF and trying selenium, so fingers crossed they will go down.

Thank you for your help and support xxx
