Timing of medications

Hi I'm new I'm currently taking Thai Thyroid 2 grains. I know I need to be taking Iron, Vit C, Vit D, B12, BVit and Magnesium but my question is around timing of taking as I get myself in a huddle and up missing my vitamins as I know I need to wait 4hrs between thyroid and Iron. I was taking thyroid sublingual first thing, but I'm worried I'm not doing that right, in which case I could take vits and eat straight away. Would someone mind sharing their med schedule please. Thanks

Sammystar,

The T4 and T3 molecules in NDT are too large to be absorbed sublingually. NDT is designed to be swallowed with water and absorbed via the gut.

Supplements should be taken 2 hours away from NDT except calcium, iron, vitamin D and oestrogen which need to be taken 4 hours away.
