After some advice if I may....I've been working to get mysterious antibodies down (hashis) - they were 130 (not massive I know but double my labs norm) and after 12 months they've dropped to 61 ( lab range is 0-60) does anyone know if this means the hashimotos is in remission? Or in fact, anything else it means? Massive thanks in advance Nat

Antibodies will drop in between Hashi flares. Thyroid replacement reduces TSH which helps reduce Hashi flare ups and antibodies. 100% gluten-free diet may also help reduce flare ups and antibodies.
