My latest blood test results are
Ferritin 17.2 (20-150)
TSH 30.95 (0.27-4.20)
T4 total 17.1 (64.5-142)
Free T4 2.43 (12-22)
Free T3 3.34 (3.1-6.8)
Do I need to up my t3 (currently on 2 X 25) or would anyone recommend adding in levothyroxine again? Feeling so much better but looks like still need to tweak!
You need to supplement iron to get your ferritin up to 100 if you aren't already doing so as that would help your thyroid hormones and how you feel a lot.

You are very undermedicated to have TSH 30.95 and low FT3 and should increase T3 dose. Ideally TSH will be <1.0 with FT3 5.5-6.8.
Ferritin is optimal halfway through range so supplement iron with 1,000mg vitamin C. Take iron 4 hours away from T3.
