WP Thyroid - when to increase dosage?

Thanks to everyone's help, got my WP Thyroid delivered two weeks ago! I started last week on half a grain and upped to one grain this week. Not feeling any great improvements as of yet.

My morning temp is still consistently 36.1, haven't scheduled bloods to be done again until I have a few weeks of WP Thyroid built up.

Just wondering if it is ok to up the dosage again next week or if I should stay on the one grain for another week?

I increased by 1/4 every week so you could try that.
