When were the tests done?

Was the first one done before you were diagnosed and the second one after diagnosis and on Levothyroxine? Or were they both done after you started Levo?

The top results were done before TThe second one was done after 3 months on levthyroxine.

The top test was done November 2015 the second March 2016

The November results showed you were hypothyroid and well done to your GP for putting you on Levo before you reached the magic number 10 which quite a few seem to be doing now.

Your March results seem good. Your TSH has gone a little under range but that shouldn't be a worry as your FT4 is still well within range, just about on the upper quarter which is a good place to be.

How do you feel?

Don't let your GP tell you that you are over medicated because your TSH is suppressed, you can't be over medicated if your FT4 is still in range. Don't let your GP lower your dose of Levo if you feel OK on your current dose. It would be interesting to see your FT3 but it's not likely the lab will do that while your FT4 is in range.

I feel ok....

I still get fainting fits and some times im real tired.

They say i dont need another blood test till next year??

Annual tests are the norm when new patients have had enough dose increases since starting medication to stabilise their symptoms. It's still only six months since you started Levo and some patients don't feel properly well for a year or so.

You can help yourself by ensuring your vitamins and minerals are at optimal levels as this ensures that thyroid hormone can do it's job properly.

You might want to get B12, Vit D, folate and ferritin tested. Low levels of Vit D, B12 and ferritin can all cause tiredness.

I'm not sure about the fainting fits but I think that might be connected with low B12, it was one of the symptoms my daughter-in-law had before diagnosis of hypo although they stopped when she was on Levo.
