From PALS to CALS

I have picked up a flyer from my surgery.

Clinical advise and liaison service.

GP may refer you to a Clinical specialist who will make recommendations to your GP which results in;

To treat you at the practice. tests being arranged,referral to local services or a GP with special interest.

Or referral to a Consultant, HOOOOOORAY they got there at the end.

Has any one else seen this!
