As far as I am concerned B12 can cause sometimes very weird symptoms when nerves start renewing.

I only used sublingual, but my first symptom was awful jaw pain.  It could last five minutes or so.  Was not so fun,  but have read that has happened to other people too.

Second I  got simply pure pain in my legs and arms.  Burning,  tingling,  hard to describe pain.  After a while it went away.

That's really interesting Justiina, because I went through a long spell of intermittent teeth nerve pain.  My teeth and gums are perfectly healthy and I hadn't thought it may have been a response to my B12 injections which started just before the nerve pains started.  The nerve pains have reduced right down recently, thankfully, hope it stays that way.

I have read other people have had same kind of pain too and nothing wrong with teeth or gums.

Naturally it is very uncomfortable feeling ,but it does pass at some point.

As others have said, this is likely the nerves starting to work again- some of my neurological symptoms got worse then better after starting injections.
