Optimum tsh in pregnancy

hi so I had a blood test Tuesday which the night before I had taken my levo I'm scared too miss dose so I'm hoping it doesn't make to much difference. My level came back at 1.47 tsh. Does that sound ok I had full blood and liver function nothing else but all else normal. Any advice welcome thank you

Nettieboo1982,

TSH 1.47 is within the low-normal range 0.4-2.0 recommended for pregnant women.

would it be that low if I missed my dose I'm just terrified ill have another miscarriage if I don't get my dose right

Nettiboo1982,

Missing one dose doesn't affect TSH.  Skipping dose is advised to avoid T4 peaking when FT4 is tested.
