Just received blood results. Will my GP act on this or will it be a waste of time giving him a copy?

The Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) is elevated. If you are already taking a form of thyroxine, it is possible that that your dose is too low or that you have forgotten to take it on occasion. It may be that an increase in dose is in order - if adjusted it would be sensible to repeat thyroid function (TFT) testing in around 2 months’ time. If you are not taking thyroxine, and this is the first time TSH has been noted to be high, it is possible that 'non-thyroidal illness' or other medication effects are the cause of the elevation. It may be that hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid
gland) is about to develop. In these scenarios, it would be advisable to repeat thyroid function tests in 3 months’ time. I would suggest undertaking this repeat test sooner if symptoms develop.

I shall give you a link and tick the symptoms you have. Your GP may not recognise private test and they have been told not to medicate until the TSH is 10 but there are some sympathetic doctor who will prescribe when it's just over range. However, your FT4 and FT3 are at the bottom of the range and you definitely will be feeling unwell, I believe as they should be towards the upper level.
Tick off the symptoms you have and also the following link and discuss with your GP.
Your GP is unlikely to act until your TSH is over range at the NHS lab the practice uses, or FT4 drops below range. I would ask your GP to put the results on file and for thyroid levels to be retested in 3-6 months as FT4 is almost bottom of range.
Good news is that antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's).
PA Society recommend B12 1,000 is optimal. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin with a B Complex vitamin. Folate is good.
Ferritin is optimal half way through range to >100. Perhaps you could eat more iron rich foods.
