Just a question that will help me understand some reactions I have from too much sodium or magnesium. What is the role of endocrine system  when the body flushes extra sodium ?

The adrenal glands produce Aldosterone which helps to maintain sodium balance in the body and the maintenance of blood volume and blood pressure.
