Welcome to the forum, Meparolin.

You are a little undermedicated to have TSH 2.26, although FT4 is good.  Most people on Levothyroxine will be comfortable with TSH 1.0 or lower, and FT4 in the upper range.

Ferritin 27 is low.  Ferritin is optimal halfway through range to 100.  Your Int.Dr. will probably advise you supplement iron with vitamin C to aid absorption.

ESR and CRP are non-specific measurements of inflammation. ESR 10 is quite high, although within range, and CRP <0.3 is good.

Most of your results lack ranges which makes it impossible to interpret them.  labtestsonline.org will explain what the tests are for and why they are ordered.

Thank you so much for the information.  At least I have a handle, we'll sort of, to talk to my new doctor.  So excited and so nervous, I don't want to get my hopes up to high. M
